Why is fire safety training so important?
Following the implementation of the Regulatory Reform, Fire Safety Order 2005, the requirements for fire safety are placed upon the Responsible Person, where the person is legally obliged to carry out a fire risk assessment, including measures to reduce or eliminate the risk of fire and identify persons at risk. The Fire Safety Order requires the "responsible person" to ensure all staff receive adequate fire safety training.
It is a requirement for employers to give employees information to ensure they remain safe and know what to do in the event of a fire.
The new User Responsibilities Training service is provided on site and tailored to your specific requirements.
In conjunction with the training we will provide any relevant system Test Keys and Training Documents and complete live tests and checks to ensure relevant personnel understand
the process.
The Fixfire® Fire Log Book is a great tool to aid compliance and if not already in place will be provided as part of the training including specific instruction to ensure correct entries
are made following each test.
