Portway House Specialist Care Centre is centrally located in Oldbury and specialises in palliative care and care for people with disabilities. The purpose-built facility has 48 luxury en-suite rooms spread across three floors.

Fire Door Hold-back devices including electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to all bedroom and day room doors and wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.
Nurse Call System CareAlert Touch IP based nurse call system with call logging including CareComm™ intercom/access control to main entrance and combined CareDoor™ monitored access control systems with RFID card access to internal doors eg to stairs and CareXit™ to perimeter exit doors.
Induction Loop systems to day rooms.
Fire Fighting Equipment including Ultimex™ appliances and associated Fire Signage.
