This new purpose built-scheme will provide 71 bedrooms each with en-suite.

Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADVPLUS4 4 Loop control and indicating equipment with ‘active’ repeater panel at each upper floor level. Category L1 design with audibility levels based on ‘assisted evacuation’. The system includes automatic connection to the Fire Service via a DualCom device.
Fire Door Hold-back devices including electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to all bedroom and day room doors and wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.
Nurse Call System. CareAlert 600 nurse call system with Call Logging including CareBell™ to main entrance and combined CareDoor™ monitored access control systems throughout with CareEntri™ to main entrance and internal doors eg to stairs and CareXit™ to perimeter exit doors.
Fire Fighting Equipment including Ultimex™ appliances and associated Fire Signage.
