Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADVPLUS2 2 Loop control and indicating equipment with repeater panel. VoidAlert™ is installed to sterile roof void areas. Category L1 design with audibility levels based on ‘assisted evacuation’.
Fire Door Hold-back devices including electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers and wall mounting hold back devices.
Disabled Refuge Alarm System installed including outstations at each refuge point on upper floor levels.
Nurse Call System. CareAlert 600 nurse call system with Call Logging.
Fire Fighting Equipment including Ultimex™ appliances and associated Fire Signage.
