Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADV4 4 Loop control and indicating equipment with repeater panel at each upper floor level. Category L1 design with audibility levels based on ‘assisted evacuation’.
Disabled Refuge Alarm System installed including outstations at each refuge point on upper floor levels.
Fire Door Hold-back devices including special finish electromagnetic Free-swing Door Closers to all bedroom and day room doors and wall mounting hold back devices to communal area corridor doors.
Nurse Call System. CareAlert 600 nurse call system with Call Logging including CareComm™ intercom/access control to main entrance and combined CareDoor™ monitored access control systems to internal doors eg to stairs and CareXit™ with CareLock™ locking devices to perimeter exit doors.
Induction Loop systems to day rooms.
Fire Fighting Equipment including Ultimex™ appliances and associated Fire Signage.
