Colliers House Care Home, as a part of Dignus Healthcare, is a residential care scheme, comprising four purpose built separate care units for up to 12 individuals diagnosed with mental health concerns, learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.

Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADVPLUS1 1 Loop range control and indicating equipment with ‘Active Controls’ repeater panel in each standalone unit (4). Category L1 design.
Fire Door Hold back devices including both electromagnetic Free-swing type and wall mounting Door Retainers are installed to communal doors and within the service-user flats.
CareAlert600 Nurse Call System with CareBell™ to main entrance and Door Monitoring Points to perimeter exit doors.
Access Control Systems include four-way Video Intercom system and self-contained access control systems throughout the scheme.
Ultimex™ Fire Extinguishers are installed with positions carefully selected to minimise access to service users.
Fixfire® provides planned and reactive maintenance for the Fire Safety Systems and equipment.
