39 School Lane Care Home, as a part of Dignus Healthcare, is a residential care home for up to 8 individuals diagnosed with mental health concerns, learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge.

Fire Alarm System. Open-protocol system including ADVPLUS1 1 Loop range control and indicating equipment. Category L1 design. The system includes KeyCall® Key Operated Fire Alarm Call Points to all areas accessible to service users and VoidAlert™ to voids. VoidAlert™ gives the added benefit that planned maintenance is carried out with minimum disruption to service users.
Fire Door Hold back devices are installed to certain communal area doors.
CareAlert600 combined Nurse Call and Staff Attack System with vandal resistant display units in areas accessible to service users and CareBell™ to main entrance door.
Access Control includes self-contained access control system to the main entrance and KeyCall® Exit Green Key Operated Emergency Door Release Call Points at perimeter exits from areas accessible to service users. These devices are suited to use the same key as the KeyCall® Fire Alarm devices. Doors secured with CareLock™ electric releases.
Ultimex™ Fire Extinguishers are installed with positions carefully selected to minimise access to service users.
